7-2-2020 The North Shore of Lake Superior
We took off this morning for a drive up the North Shore. The scenery there is spectacular and there is a lot of history along the way. I wanted to visit a couple of the lighthouses along the way. Our first stop was Two Harbors. There is an historic rail museum there and the Lighthouse at the Harbor.

Silver Bay from Scenic Overlook. In California if the sign says scenic overlook, you drive to the parking lot and there it is. In Minnesota you drive to a parking lot then hike a trail for half a mile to get to the overlook.
