Morocco 2023-2024 Day 7 (12/25/2023) Down the Coast to Tagahzout

Christmas morning and we walk through te lobby of the hotel to the sound of Christmas Carols sung in Arabic and French

One of the staff that stopped to talk with us

As we were driving down the coast we came across trees filled with goats.  They are eating the Argan nuts that grow on the trees

Sarah pointing out some of the goats to Cecile

The goat herder handed Sarah a baby Goat

Cute little guy wanted to go with Sarah

These trees have sharp spines (Thorns) in the branches, but it does not seem to bother the goats

Stop for a drink and to overlook the ocean

Cecile was trying to take a picture of me, but she said I was a smart ass

We passed through at village that is known for its Organic Bananas.  Much smaller then the ones we get in the States, but much sweeter and better tasting

We stopped at the side of the road where some Nomads were grazing their herd of Camels

All sizes and colors

They often look like they are smiling

They told us to go ahead and pet them, they are very gentle

Using a bush for a pillow

Our hotel was over the top, the Pacalbatros in Tagahzout

As soon as you check in they present you with a fruit juice cocktail to refresh you from your journey
