Morocco 2023-2024 Day 4 (12/22/2023) Safi & Essaouira

After leaving Casablanca, we headed along the coast to the west to the City of Safi.  This is the city where Zak's Mother is from. As well as being the former Sardine Capital, it is famousfor their ceramics and pottery. Zak took us to the part of the city where they create the pottery.

Got behind a load of hay and they drive down the middle of the road to avoid the trees on either side.

Arrived at our hotel in Essaouira "Nice"

Something I never thought we would do in Morocco, in the old city, there was a Sushi restuarant so we had Sushi in Morocco.
